RankHigher.ca is an established internet marketing agency servicing clients from a variety of industries. Because we’ve recently added some great new clients we need to expand our team. Our organization is looking for a Web Developer to join our Web services team. As an agency, our employees are required to work with multiple clients on multiple projects simultaneously. An ability and commitment to deliver projects on time is a MUST. The nature of our business requires excellent communication skills with both clients and our internal team.

Essential:

• Develop and maintain corporate web sites for our clients using PHP/HTML/CSS with popular opensource CMS’s (WordPress & Drupal)
• Write code to overcome cross browser compatibility issues
• Expert HTML and CSS skills

Experience with PHP or other server-side scripting languages

Experience with Apache and IIS redirects

Desirable:

• University graduate,/li>
• Experience with JavaScript
• SEO, SEM, Analytics or any general internet marketing experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Converting existing corporate static websites to Wordpress or Drupal
• Convert Photoshop Mockups into Drupal themes and/or Wordpress templates
• Develop Navigation Flow Charts
• Create web forms with server-side field validation
• E-commerce websites
• Writing cross-browser compliant CSS
• Install and configure Google analytics.
