RankHigher.ca is an established internet marketing agency servicing clients from a variety of industries. Because we’ve recently added some great new clients we need to expand our team. Our organization is looking for a web designer to join our web services team. As an agency, our employees are required to work with multiple clients on multiple projects simultaneously. The nature of our business requires excellent communication skills with both clients and our internal team.

Essential:

• Highly proficient in the adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash)
• Strong design aesthetic with an eye for current trends and styles
• Experience in HTML and CSS

Desirable:

• University graduate
• Experience with opensource CMS’s such as Drupal and WordPress
• SEO, SEM, Analytics or any general internet marketing experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Designing Photoshop mockups for client
• Designing SEM and SEO landing Pages to optimize conversion rate
• Convert Photoshop Mockups into Drupal themes and/or WordPress templates

• Writing cross-browser compliant CSS
