RankHigher.ca is an established internet marketing agency servicing clients from a variety of industries. Because we’ve recently added some great new clients we need to expand our team. Our organization is looking for a passionate search marketer with a winning attitude. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced PPC/SEM manager. This position requires hands-on knowledge of SEM best practices and a track-record of delivering ROI for customers. The SEM Manager works closely with internal teams to ensure our SEM clients receive the best possible level of service, and that client needs are effectively addressed.

Essential:

• A minimum of one year’s hands on agency PPC experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine passion for the web, online marketing and social media

Desirable:

• University graduate
• Be active within the online marketing community

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of our client’s PPC campaigns to improve traffic, quality score and conversion rate.
• Creation of new SEM campaigns including keyword research, ad writing and landing page creation.
• Identify and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing clients with written monthly reports.
• Day to day client liaison via phone, email and occasionally in person meetings.
• Support our sales team by contributing to new business proposals.
